Returns & Exchanges
At AIRC, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Returns must include a copy of the original receipt or order confirmation.
- Items marked as final sale, custom orders, or special promotions are non-refundable.
How to Return an Item
- Email us at airchardware@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Wait for a return authorization and instructions from our team.
- Ship the item to AIRC hardware INC ,17700 Castleton St suite 383, City of Industry, CA 91748 at your expense.
- Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us at airchardware@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of an incorrect or defective product.
